Return & Refund Policy
At Hivrasoft, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Since we deal in intimate apparel, our policies are designed to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
1. No Return & No Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature and hygiene standards of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories:
- Bras & Panties
- Bodysuits & Teddies
- Shapewear & Lingerie Sets
- Any other intimate apparel
Why this policy? To ensure that every customer receives 100% fresh, unopened, and hygienic merchandise. We never resell items that have been handled or delivered to another customer.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take great care in packaging, but we understand that mishaps can happen. If you receive an item that is physically damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.
Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Report: Email us at support@hivrasoft.com with the following:
- Clear photos/video of the product showing the defect.
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label.
- Your Order ID and the quantity of items affected.
Note: Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained as per our internal security and logistics protocols.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
Once our quality team verifies the claim, you will be offered:
- Replacement: A fresh piece of the same product (subject to availability).
- Refund: If the product is out of stock, we will initiate a refund.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Bank/Card/Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
COD Orders: Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit. You will be asked to provide your bank details securely.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our end.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@hivrasoft.com.
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier) for a full refund.
- After Dispatch: Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Customer Agreement
