Wearable structure is destroyed. Hooks, underwire, rings, adjusters, foam, elastic, and textile parts are separated.

Will my bra be washed and sold again?
No. The programme is not a refurbishment or second-hand resale programme. Accepted bras are permanently dismantled for material processing.
Will it be donated to another woman for wearing?
No. Under the No Rewear Promise, collected bras are not donated or supplied as wearable intimate apparel.
Can someone identify that the bra belonged to me?
The parcel is handled using a collection reference. Hivra Soft should not publish names, addresses, identifiable garment photographs, or individual participant details.
Can I send a damaged bra?
Yes, old, faded, stretched, or damaged bras can be considered, provided they are washed, completely dry, free from unsafe contamination, and properly sealed.
Why do I need to wash it before sending?
Washing and complete drying support safe, hygienic handling by collection and processing teams. Wet, mouldy, or contaminated items cannot be accepted.
Can I send a bra from another brand?
Yes. The programme can accept eligible bras from any brand and in any size.
When will I receive the 25% coupon?
The campaign team will share reward details after the parcel is received and verified. Coupon validity and product eligibility should be communicated with the issued coupon.
Will I receive my bra back if I change my mind?
Once the item is accepted into a processing batch, it cannot be returned because its wearable structure may be permanently dismantled. Contact the team before dispatch if you have any concern.
